Some customers may be experiencing 404s from AudioEye Services after a routine deployment this afternoon. These 404s will prevent the AudioEye Visual Toolkit from loading on sites. This is caused by a misconfigured value cached by the end user's web browser.

The issue with AudioEye services was quickly detected and resolved. End Users who are affected by this issue can resolve the issue for themselves by emptying their browser cache.

AudioEye engineers are working on a fix to prevent this issue from reoccurring.
